I've found George Foster on the 1851 census but had run out of credits to actually look up the image.  I'd be very grateful if someone could look it up and give me the details.  He seems to have been with his mother with no father in evidence.
It's George Foster b.1830 in Carlisle, living in the parish of Caldewgate, Cumberland.
