Would some kind person mind checking the 1841 census for Saffron Walden for the family of Joseph and Susan Bradford please? They were probably born 1790-1805 because they had a son in 1826. Thanks.
The only Joseph older than 10 living in Saffron Walden in 1841...........and in 1841 their are 17 Bradford's living at Saffron Walden.

The son was Stephen Bradford born Thundridge, Hertfordshire. I've found him on the 1841 census in Saffron Walden (apprentice carpenter) but I can't find his parents. There was a marriage between a Joseph Bradford & Susan Overill in Saffron Walden in 1823, but I don't know if they are the right Joseph & Susan. I suspect they might be, because Stephen's older borther, Benjamin, was born in 1824 (Thundridge again). I'm stuck because I don't know where the parents came from and I can't find them on the 1851 census (or Benjamin for that matter). They just vanish . . . or maybe they all died.
