Is there a CD ROM that I can purchase which includes BMD's for St.Andrews Holborn during 1775 to 1825? ...... if not what are the other options?

Microfilms of St. Andrew Holborn are held at the SOG (London), the Guildhall library (also London), and by the LDS (copy orderable into any LDS centre). The SOG seem to be indexing the marriages at the moment (that would probably be a microfiche or printed index when it's done).
Note that a very good place for CD versions of information is http://www.rod-neep.co.uk/ - however although some London parishes are on CD here St Andrew Holborn is not.
