I think I may be working on the same family.  Most of my information comes from the Somerset Coalfield connection site.  My grandmother is on there as Louisa Blacker, her parents were Robert Blacker and Ann Whithers born 1848 MSN.  Her ancestor was Hannah's sister Abigail who married Edmund Withers. I also have another sister Elizabeth Churchill who maried Jacob Ashman.
                                     best wishes

I have great problems in Midsummer Norton with George Blacker, father and son were the local doctors and I think they suggested that everytime they delivered a relative's baby they should call him George.  Incidently do you have a maiden name for Hannah and Abigail's mother.

Hi, I think you'll find that Hannah's maiden name was Payne. I found this on the Family Search site. (Thomas Withers marriage 1771).I'm descended from Abigail Withers, through Edmund, his son James being my gggrandfather. He moved to Plymouth and joined the navy.

thanks.  I had found the marriage since posting.  It took me a long time to find Jame's as he seems to change his place of birth on every census.  I am descended from his sister Annie.
