It appears hartley Witney comes under Church Crookham, you might like to take a look at this link

If you click on "Site Link" on the left hand side there's a sub menu for Churches and Religion.

Also, I'd forgotten I had this useful small programme "Parish Locator" found here

According to the list there was a state church there and a Presbytarian.

You might be able to track it down from there.
