A new web site - http://www.woburnratesbook.org.uk - is now available, which contains a transcription of the Woburn Rates Book.

This document contains details of occupiers, owners, and rates assessments for every street address in Woburn for various years from 1802 to 1828 (and incomplete for 1833). So far transcribed are 1802, 1806, 1807, 1808, 1809, 1810, 1811, 1812, 1816. Other years will be added as they are completed. The book is searchable by name or address.

I have now photographed the rest of the book, and would be happy to do lookups for anyone in the years 1818-1828 until I've got around to transcribing them.
