Hi sorry need help on my wifes Granmother she was born Bertha Nellie Hill 1905 to 1907 in Dunmow Essex is there any way i can find out who her parents was none of my wife family know anything about her Sad so any help would be fantastic  Grin.

You can order the cert online at th GRO (General Register Office) website..

www.gro.gov.uk

and pay by switch/debit/credit card

details on application by post and by phone are also on the site

Good Luck!!

...once you know Bertha's parents you can start to trace them through the census etc
