Hello I wonder if anyone out there know's of anything connected to a Michael Clyne born Ireland 1805 married a Rebecca Cleghorn (from gairlochead)? I know they stopped in Hatters Lane Berwick on tweed at one point.I would be most grateful for any info  Thanks   Bernadine

hello yes it is for Moira we have tried a few sites have a look at Talking Scot forum we have had some replies from that  ,we have had great success with the Nisbets!! Harder for me because mine are Liverpool and of course that mrans Ireland    Keep at it  Bernie

Hi there,
I dont know if there is a connection but i think my GGGrandmother was a Mary Clynes. She was married to a John O'DONNELL and they lived in Irishtown, County Mayo. She was born around 1835(dont know where) and died in 1911. I think they are the parents of my Patrick O'Donnell, although i cannot find his birth cert.
