Anyone claim Edmund Higgins?
« on: Monday 14 November 05 18:17 UTC (UK) »

Hi
I have photos taken early 1900's of Edmund T Higgins, his wife Caroline and daughters Jenny and Alice -  I would love to be able send copies to any relatives. The photos were taken when Edmund was Lockeeper at Sheering Lock, Sawbridgeworth and include pictures of the lock under construction. Edmund was born circa 1845 Pirbright Surrey. He was in the Royal Navy 61 and 71, a factory gatekeeper in Poplar London in 91 and at Sheering lock by 1901 - can't find him in 81 at the moment. He married Caroline born Exeter circa 1847 after 1871. Anyone claim these people?

Cheers Jan  Wink
