Hello:

Could anyone look up Archibald Brown born 1848 Paisley. That's all the info I have on him except his marriage in 1870 in London.

The 1851 index has only one Archibald Brown that fits your age ..

and lists
Jane Brown age 30
with children
Emma ( 8 ),
William (6) ,
Edward (4),
Archibald (2)
and Mary (1).
