I cannot remember my password so I cannot logout. How can I change it, if I do not know what it is.

Hi Roadrunner,

Have you tried asking for a password reminder ??
when you applied for webspace, you answered a question:

"What would you answer to ........"

This is to let the RootsChat software know that it is you asking, when you ask for a password remonder.

if you access your free RootsChat webspace through the file manager,
http://www.rootschat.net/cgi-bin/amanager.cgi

you will see the screen below. If you click on "Forgot your Password ?" and answer the security question, your password will be sent to you by e-mail.
