I have received go ahead that I have webspace, but have received to ftp address or password.
I need this to upload
Who do I contact?

First thing is you will be ....bobdouglas.rootschat.net and not .com. You can see a holding page there (so it has been logged on the system so to speak).
You should have got an e-mail with your password details etc from RootsChat. If I remember right this e-mail will explain how you enter your file manager for your space, providing info on your usernames, passwords etc. From experience it is easier to use a FTP program to load your site - the file manager in your space can only upload 6 files at a time.
