        Use google.
ie type in "norfolk family genealogy forum gilham"
          This will give you a break down of the name gilham,then try the same using the other names in Norfolk.
           This may give you a start.

Also try googling on Norfolk Surname Family History - this gives you access to a list in which a lot of people researching in Norfolk are listed by the surname of interest. I found a number of relatives in this way after spending a few months tracking my ancestry back to Norfolk.
