Can anyone help please, I have a copy of a will made by a Joseph Weavers born 1654 Pettistree, and married to a Thomasin. Joseph died in 1718 in Bredfield and the will is made out in that year. In the will he mentions his son Samuel can anyone point me towards this son. Many Thanks Mike Weavers

Hello Mike
My 5x Gt Grandmother was Prudence WEAVER. She was 'of Clopton' when she married Thomas Tye in 1740 in Clopton but I have been unable to trace her origins & family. Have you come across her in your travels?
I would certainly be interested to hear about who is mentioned in that will of yours, Pettistree is very close to Clopton & there may well be a connection somewhere.
