Armour
« on: Monday 28 November 05 19:01 GMT (UK) »

Hi folks,

I have recently discovered that my Armour ancestors came from Newcastle, that is prior to my gx3 grandfather, Philip Armour, coming to London by 1818 to work as a tailor.

According to the IGI the generations are:

Philip Armour c 29 May 1791
Henry Armour m Margaret Wilson 14 July 1783
Henry Armour c 4 October 1761
Robert Armour m Jane Buchanan 3 December 1758

All events were recorded  at All Saints, Newcastle.

Can anyone shed any more light on this group of 'Armours'?

Thank you.
