As four of the children were born in county Antrim between 1866 and c1880 (with d/m/y given on IGI), you should be able to purchase any of their birth certificates which would probably at least give you a street or townland location for the parents.

Hi

I found this, it might be what you are looking for, I could not find the name Mulcahy if it is your marriage record you may find a spelling variation of the name

SCOTT   AGNES   1865   Father JOHN   Antrim

You can buy the record online

http://www.ancestryireland.com/database.php

On the same site found a later Mary Ann Mulcahey born 1912 Antrim another spelling variation.

Hope this helps

Hi

I have found the other side of the marriage, I must have made a typing error when I checked before

MULCAHY WILLIAM 1865 DAVID Antrim

There is also a birth record

MULCAHY WILLIAM SCOTT 1882 WILLIAM Antrim

http://www.ancestryireland.com/database.php

The marriage certificate will cost you £4.50

hello late in getting back still no joy for me,I always thought that Mary Ann MULCAHY emigrated to Seattle after repling to an advert for a wife!! well she did but I have found out that she emigrated a married lady what her surname would be i have no idea! its funny her sister called her son Stanley after this emigration and my aunt called her son Stanley and my brother named Stanley where did that name spring from there was none before that.I feel maybe Mary Ann lost her baby and she must have married in Belfast because I have the family living in Birkenhead 1891 and Mary Ann isn't with them,William Scott was my grandfather I know he had twin brothers too who died, heres hoping I am lost dint know where else to try  Thanks Bernadine

IGI has birth for Mary Ann Mulcahy born 16 May 1866 Whitehouse district Co. Antrim and also Agnes (1877), John (1880) and Thomas (1880).

Bernardine- exactly what information are you trying to find?

yes I have that info it is Maryann I am trying to find she was my grandfathers sister and as I said she bhad a baby before Marr and replied to an English officer who was advertising for a wife,he took her but my cousin thinks they got married before she emigrated we think to Seattle, everytime a baby was born she sent money with the name she wanted them to have(i know what a control freak) my cousin can remember her coming for visits  before my grandfather died 1945 both the twins died I got that info from Family ulster and I also got my g/gfathers wedding cert to Agnes Scott,I have them 1891 and Mary ann wasnt with them then in Birkenhead Merseyside so maybe she had left then I wish to know where she was married and to whom  thanks Bernadine

As this is posted on Antrim board it wasn't very clear what you were looking for.
If husband was an English officer they could have gone to Canada first. Marriage could have taken place anywhere and until you get her husband's name (surname at least) it'll be difficult to track her down.
Does anyone in the family have any clues? old photos, address book, etc.?
