I would be very gratefull if someone could help me find any info on my Grandfather. He changed his name after joining the Army, from Henry Richardson to George Gould.
He joined under the name of Richardson but had some trouble at home and deserted from the Army. He then rejoined at a later date under the name of George Gould. I don't know any dates but I would think it would be around 1904 on wards.

Can you expand on what you have it will stop us going over "old ground".  Perhaps you could tell us how you obtained what you have so far?
