Hi,
I am looking for my g grandmothers in the census of 1891 or 1901.
Her name was mary maria Allen, and she was born in Truro in 1889.
Unfortunately I do not not the date, just that it was around June.
Would anyone be able to look up Mary on eithe rof the census and her family..or any allen families in the census in truro.

The only Mary Allen I can spot on 1891 and 1901 was born in Truro in 1879 not 1889 - could this be her? Are you sure about the birth year?

You should probably get her birth certificate: Truro registration district covers:
Cornelly, Cuby, Feock, Gerrans, Kea, Kenwyn, Ladock, Lamorran, Merther, Perranzabuloe, Philleigh, Probus, Ruan Lanihorne, St. Agnes, St. Allen, St. Anthony in Roseland, St. Clement, St. Erme, St. Feock, St. Just in Roseland, St. Michael Penkevil, Tregavethan, Tregony St. James, Truro St. Mary, Veryan.
There is a possible Mary aged 2 in Kenwyn in 1891, b. Kenwyn, parents Joseph and Julia; can't seem to spot this family in 1901, Joseph was much older than Julia in 1891, 66 to her 35, maybe Julia remarried?

Hi,
Thanks for your help.
I am almost positive mary was born in 1889 in Truro, she died in 1925 in penygraig, pontypridd and according to her died enumeration she was 35.
I found the mary maria Allen birth for 1889 in Truro, but then again it could be that I was searching the wrong year, but then again i checked all of 1889 and 1890, and non were there.
