Is there anyone who could lookup for me to see BENJAMIN HARRIS (wife Susanna, and perhaps a daughter?

Benjamin had been born in Tingeqwick (he does not appear on their census) he was a soldier from 1814 to 1832 in the East Indies, he was age 46 when discharged
so possible he may still have been around in 1841? and he returned somewhere in Buckingham.

Sorry I can't find any Benjamin or Susanna Harris on the 1851. No luck with variants either.
