Regan O'Regan surname in Killarney

Hello

this is a shot in the dark I Am stuck with my grandfather in 1913 he was born in widnes lancashire Walter Regan in 1913 No father listed on his birth certificate although mother calling herself Elizabeth regan formerly Radley  but when he get's married his father is listed as thomas Regan My uncle has just informed me that he remembers going to killarney when he was young with my grandfather but he is not sure why they went... does anyone know if the surname's regan and Radley are common in the Killarney name and if not where would be the most common plae for the egan surname

Thanks in anticipation this has been stuck for 4 years and is a terrible brick wall anything will be gratefully received
