1851 look up please Joseph Thomas of Wellington

If anyone can help me I am looking for Joseph Thomas in 1851 Census for Shropshire.

I have him in 1861 Census as a 66 yrs (born abt 1795) widower. Bricklayer and a Chelsea Pensioner. Living in Wellington in a place that looks like Ketley Brook (not too sure of that). It gives his birthplace as Wellington Salop

(RG9/1899 48 page 85)

Joseph Thomas 45 bricklayer born in Shropshire
Robery 20 shoemaker born in Shropshire
Sarah 45 born in Shropshire
