Hi
There is a marriage for a Thomas to Maria Rumbal or Elizabeth Ann Rawlin in Sep 1869 in Mile End Road so it looks as if the first wife dies.  This is on the free BMD site.  There is also a birth for Eldred Brunsdon Parker in 1871 in West Ham.   Must be connected.   Are you the person who has put the message on Ancestry?   If so you know this already - if not have a look at it and contact them as they are obviously researching the same family.     Many of these areas will be covered by London Archives offices I think.   Have you tried Essex Family History groups?
LDS centres are listed on the familysearch site - there may be one near you as they are worldwide - and you could search the parish register films there.
All the census records 1851 - 1901 are on ancestry.co.uk but you have to pay to look at them.  Well worth it though.   They often offer free trials.

Thomas B Parker, son, unm, 19, Carpenter, b. Stratford

" ... marriage of Ellen Maria Daws to Thomas Brunsdon Parker married Oct 27 1863 in Pyrford."

This marriage found, registered Chertsey, 1863 Q4,  Vol 2a  p 41

Also find:

JONES, John             1869  September  Marriages   Mile End Old Town
PARKER, Thomas Brunsdon 1869  September  Marriages   Mile End Old Town
RAWLIN, Elizabeth Ann   1869  September  Marriages   Mile End Old Town
RUMBAL, Maria           1869  September  Marriages   Mile End Old Town

Vol 1c  p 975

Rumbal, Anne Maria      1865  December   Births      West Ham

Vol 4a  p 10

There are several deaths registered for Ellen Parker, 1863 - 1869

1866 Q1 Chelsea, age 41 being a possible.

Appears at least possible that Ellen died and Thomas married Maria Rumbal.

Maria Rumbal either a widow or she has illegitimate daughter.

For interest, the local family history centre for this area is Newham Archives

http://www.newham.gov.uk/content/Leisure/archives_local_studies_library.jsp

There is also a local history board frequented by a number of local (past and present) residents:
