On the IGI I have a relative born circa 1816 in Napton Norfolk. Looking on Yahoo and Google, Old maps ect I can find no trace. Can anyone help me as to where Napton was or what happened to it.

Thanks to for the replies. As you say the IGI gets things wrong, as a lot were transcibed in USA I guess they cannot get there head around the K in Knapton.
I can now move on thanks.
