Robinson Family of Runcorn
« on: Monday 12 January 04 18:25 GMT (UK) »

I am interested in finding our more about Joseph Robinson who married Mary Walton. I know he died somewhere before 1871 as he is not showing in the census.   Smiley

Thanks

Hello Peter,

I have not got a Marriage Certificate for Joseph and Mary but I would guess
1856 or just before as their eldest son was born in the December. I guess the marriage would have taken place either in Little Budworth or Runcorn and again I am guessing.

I would have expected Joseph to have been born in Runcorn.

Sorry if this is not much to go on  Undecided

Hi Sarah
I know this is going back a while and if you already have the info ignore this, while searching the 1851 census for Runcorn I looked for your Joseph Robinson, found 2 in Runcorn the first only 7 so I discounted him the second was 17 here are the details.
If there's anything else you need from the Runcorn censuses please ask

Mason Street Runcorn HO 107 2164 folio 599

Hello Peter,

I am quite excited by your finding as I have found nothing further than the 1871 census.  Smiley

The address would certainly fit in with what I already know about Joseph Robinson.

I am unable to read the attatchment sadly at the moment:'( Cry Cry

Regards

Sarah
