Thjere is a web-site giving photos including ones of Oxfordshire - www.english-heritage.org.uk/viewfinder.  Select View Gallery to get access to the location required.

There is also a facility available on the Oxfordshire County Council site at www.oxfordshire.gov.uk.  Go to Council services, then Leisure and Culture and History and Heritage.
