I'm looking for information on parents of Joseph BRADFIELD b. 1877 (wife Isabella WATT b. 1776 in Dumfries, Scotland) whose children were born in early 1800's in Knaresborough, West Riding. They emigrated to Ohio in 1827.
John WINTERBOTTOM, b. 1812 in Manchester, married Susannah HINCHCLIFFE, possibly daughter of Jonathan, in 1831 in Glossop, Derbyshire (where I'm told many Yorkshire people living nearby were married). Son Thomas was born in 1835, and daughter Harriet aboard ship to Baltimore in 1840. Would be grateful for any information about parents of either John or Susannah.......all too many John Winterbottoms, it seems!
