Hi Sue, In the OMI (Oxfordshire Marriage Index, compiled by the OFHS), there is only one marriage between a William REEVES and a Fanny. This William REEVES is from Great Rollright and the marriage took place in Eynsham.
William REEVES (Gt. Rollright) and Fanny COX 05 Jan., 1826, Eynsham
There are two William REEVES marriages in Launton in the OMI, but both much too early (1793, 1799) , but could be the parents of your William REEVES.
William REEVES and Hannah BUTLER 02 Mar., 1793 William REEVES and Mary HOLLIER 12 July, 1799
Sorry that I could not find an obviously "right couple". Marriages usually took place in the bride's parish. Is there any possibility that Fanny came from another county? Also, I am not sure about this, but I think the OMI is not complete; there may be some omissions. (Apologies to the OFHS, if I am wrong)
Launton PR transcripts are available (on fiche and probably CD), from the Oxfordshire Family History Society

Hi Sue, The baptism register transcriptions will contain whatever was in the original. Usually they they include only the the names of the parents. Sometimes if the vicar thought it necessary to distinguish the father from another man of the same name, there might be an added note, e.g., "William Reeves Jr." or "William Reeves, the grocer". About those two marriages in the 1790s; it is possible that it is the same man in both cases. First wife may have died and he remarried. If he was a widower, that will be in the marriage register.
The marriage that you are looking for might still have taken place in Oxfordshire, in Launton or a nearby parish. It might have been left out of the OMI or it may have taken place across the border in Bucks. Unlike Oxfordshire, Bucks is quite well covered by the IGI; you might try looking there first, but of course it is by no means complete. It is not so easy to obtain Bucks PRs but the BucksFHS and the BGS are very helpful with searches.
