William Birks Storr

I am trying to find any information about a William Birks Storr born in 1885.
He appears on the 1891 census living with the Wells family in East Ardsley but he is illegitmate.  He appears again on the 1901 census. Do you think they just took him in or do you think he is the son of one of the daughters.
Any help would be appreciated.

Do you have his birth cert yet? If not, I'd suggest getting it as it will confirm who his mother is.
