Does anyone know of any Hendricks around Kilmeage?  I am looking for a Peter (no idea of birth date but assuming around 1845) , James ( born between 1874 and 1877)  and possibly Susanna born 1865 (she was my great grandmother), who according to the 1901 census was born  in Ireland. Apart from death details - 1901 in Suffolk, and her second marriage to a William Butcher in 1900 in Norwich, and her father's name was Peter.
At some point between 1911 and 1919 my grandmother went to Canada.
I have a newspaper cutting of a James Hendrick who was born in Kilmeage and went from Ireland to Canada where he died in 1934 - I think there was some connection between my grandmother and James.

Hi
Griffiths Valuation around 1850s  -  http://www.failteromhat.com  shows just one Hendrick in Kilmeage- and he is Peter.
http://www.rootsweb.com/~fianna/county/kildare/kidrc.html indicates that the Catholic records for Kilmeage parish are on microfilm - could be ordered presumably through a LDS library centre and Family Search site (LDS) has quite a lot of Hendricks in Kidare- 3 children born to a Peter Hendrick and wife but not yours- there is a James but he seems too young.
Hope some of this is of use.
Good luck

I meant to say James seemed too old - born 1867.
