They have 1841 & 1861 census on the site and there is a Daniel of the right age spelt Tims.

I see from the I.G.I. that the lines you are looking for are the children of Richard Timms.

I have some very, very faint copies of Banns of Marriage and can see
Samuel Timms Bach to Elizabeth Adams Spinster both of the Parish
being read on the 22,29 Jan, and 7 Feb 1832.

Just might be the 1st person.
