Hello
I am researching a Theodore Mery Rae born 1871 in Oldbury, Worcestershire, with parents John Rae and Eliza Allen Rae.

In the 1891 census he can be found single, living as a lodger with a Thomas Hopper (born 1827), in Winlaton, Durham, and working as a chemical analyst.

After this I cannot find any record of Theodore; I have failed to find any death record, which fits in with family stories that he disappeared mysteriously.

If anyone is researching this family name or has any information relating to Theodore it would be very gratefully received!
