There were no parents listed and no other information, sorry.

When I was at the CRO, I checked the Cuby baptism records again, and it clearly said
Elizabeth   BAILEY dau of Michael & Anne, 26th. December, 1799. 

The burial entry was for an Elizabeth BURLEY.

The only Elizabeth BURLEY baptised in the time frame was the daughter of Charles & Rebecca.  However we do have these two others belonging to Michael & Ann.
Cuby with Tregony
Michael BURLY son of Michael & Ann, 04th. March, 1804. Born 17th. January.
Nancy BURLY dau of Michael & Ann, 10th. June, 1802.

it's times like this that knitting sounds good as a pastime!!!  Frustrating isn't it - the pieces almost fit but not quite.
