Would someone lookup an entry in 1851 census please.

Piece NO: 2186/3. Folio ? 497a
Isabella Colbeck 23 House Servant Born Cumberland Whitehaven.
I would like to know address for this entry I think it is a large establishment ? close to dock area?
These details are all I have.
I have been searching for many, many years for link to a William Colbeck who was born in Liverpool 1855/56. I have his marriage certificate but no father is named I found William on 1871 census His parents did not have same surname but he was listed as son. I now know for sure he was illegitimate as mother`s first name was Isabella in 1871 census.

Sorry ( I am so stupid) Piece no: is for Liverpool. 24 Windsor Street My Sister went to library and found it.Isabella was 23 House Servant.Now I need to find William her ( illegitimate) son.
