Hi does anyone have any information about Joseph Jackson born in Selby about 1790. He married Mary ( I think Stacy but not sure) They had seven Children one of which was my 2 x greatgrandmother sarah. She was born in Knaresborough about 1825. I have all the census sheets and I think Mary may have died bewteen 1834 and 1841. Certainly she is missing and joseph is living in Barnsley and a widower in 1851. He was a linen Weaver and lived in Raywoods Row.
Joseph and Mary's first Child was Thomas and born 1813. I have found a marriage in Pontifract in 1812 but cannot be sure it is correct as most of the children are born in Knaresborough and baptised in Wesleyan Methodist. can anyone help PLEASE Janet
