John Kerswill 1851 census?

Hi,
   My 2xGrtgrandfather John Kerswill was born [he says] in Tavistock Devon c 1823,his occupation at marriage was a tailor.In July 1850 he marrys Margaret Cuthbert in Dundee,her father is William Cuthbert a blacksmith born c1811 [not in Angus].Margaret had 2 sisters Jean and Mary as per the 1841 census and their mother was Jannett.Can John be found in the 1851 census for Dundee?Huh
