Could anyone help with any other details on the above relative in my tree..born abt 1852 Crawley to William Pelham and Eliza (Nee Holder).They are showing on the 1861 census as living in Charlwood, but I have found nothing after that for Alfred.Did he die young?...

Can see one Alfred Pelham death 1st Qtr ,1861 District Holborn 1861 vol-1b page-383
I know you said you can see him on 1861 but could have died after census was taken.

I found William and Eliza alone on the 1871 census at Newdigate which is close to Charlwood.

RG10 827 60 5 and his sister Mary Ann was off being a servant in Reigate.
