Thanks very much Ashley, I do have some of the names on my tree.
I notice you have the name Curry in your list of names. Do you have a Jemima Curry as one of your ancestors?

Hi The Vicars Wife

Do you have any Musgrave marriages in the St Helen and St Andrew Auckland area please?

Wilson research. Seperate topic:-

I noticed that you are researching Wilson in the West Auckland area. I have Wilsons who came from St Helen, St Andrew Auckland, Lanchester and Coundon. John Wilson bc1770, his son William b1818, who had a daughter Isabella born 1855.

Wonder if there is a Pinkney in your information? Am seeking the father of my g g grandfather Robert Pinkney who was born Tudhoe/Whitworth/Durham c1826. Robert married Jane Telford in1850 and his father is down as John (miner). I just cant seem to get past this hurdle. Regards Doreen

Hello, Doreen. I have a Harry Pinkney marrying a Catherine Heslop (b. Stockton in 1900), daughter of Cuthbert Heslop. She is the sister of another Cuthbert. He is the father of Michael Heslop, who now lives in Canada. I'm afraid this gives you little detail on the Pinkney family but might give you an area to check back from..Ron H.

Hello there!

Do you have any Thursfield marriages - particularly from about 1760 to 1840?

Many thanks

Hi

I am looking for information about the Johnson's including Robert Johnson  born 8 July 1811, I know he had a son also called Robert who was born 1847 in Hetton Le Hole and married Mary Curthbert born 1852 South Moor in Durham.

Robert (1811) his father was John born 1780 and married Sarah Jobling both were born in Chester Le Street.  if you can find out anything else before this i would be greatful.

On my father's side (grainger) with help from others the family has been traced back to the 1615 and would love to be able to do this with the Johnside also.

Hoping you can fill in a few details for me.

Regards
Mags Sanders (nee Grainger)
