I have a Catherine Elsey b Athlone, (abt 1830)brother william 1824 and Mother, Maria Rafferty(1792) ( or Irish spelling)

Not sure when  Mother maria came over to England but Married Noah Elsey sometime before 1824and 
They lived In Winfarthing Norfolk,
I have a conflicting place of birth for maria, Castle brigges?
I have notheard ofthis or indeed cannot find areference to it, so possibly an ennumerator spelling mistake,

anyone with information on the Rafferty lot?

I looked this up on Irish Times, could not find Castle Brigges, but found this:
Placename  County  Civil Parish  Poor Law Union  Lewis 
Castlebridge  Wexford  Ardcavan  Wexford  Lewis 
Castlebridge  Wexford  Ardcolm  Wexford  Lewis
