Unreadable census image
« on: Thursday 02 February 06 15:15 GMT (UK) »

Hi all,

I'm trying to work out the name of the family at the bottom of this 1901 census page (RG13/260 folio65 page17), with very little success, it is just so blurry. Is there anything that can be done to it to make it a bit more readable?? I'm hoping it might say Bailey, i'm missing a few ancestors around there! Smiley

Hi Millerina
Its a tough one this but I think it could be Bailey , as for christian names I think the wife could be Elizth, possibly James for the head, does that ring any bells?

Thanks for taking a look Joe  Grin It does look like the wife could well be Elizabeth. Grin I was hoping there might be a Henry or a Florence about, I know in 1920 they were living at 29E, so I was hoping that there might have been family nearby in 1901.
