Hello,

M y Father emigrated from Belfast to Canada in 1929.
On the top of his emigration papers is stamped:

SPECIAL EMIGRATION RATES

I have contacted, National Archives, Ellis Island,
Canadian Emigration, etc, trying to find out what this rate would be.
Can anyone advise me?
Thanks very much

Joan
