Bucks Record Office
« on: Friday 03 February 06 16:53 GMT (UK) »

I hope someone can help!

A few months ago I ordered several copies of parish register entries from Bucks Record Office (or whatever it's proper name is) and received them with no problems.

Now I want to order some more and I can't find the address for love nor money! I vaguely remember downloading a form to fill in ( or was that another county?)

As you can tell, I'm really not very organised - I can't even find the covering letter they sent with the last lot of copies.

Can someone please put me out of my misery? I've spent a couple of hours putting a list together, checking and double checking my dates etc - and now I've nowhere to send it!!

Jill.

Jill,

You could try www.buckscc.gov.uk/libraries

Could it have been Centre for Buckinghamshire Studies?
In which case the address is

Centre for Buckinghamshire Studies,
Walton Street,
Aylesbury
HP20 1UU

the Buckinghamshire Record Office shares the same premises

Thanks Kay.

You know - I think I'm losing the plot! Either that or I'm trying to keep too many spinning plates in the air at the same time. My ancestors are from quite a few different counties. That's my excuse - and I'm sticking to it!
