I have a George Parfitt born 1785 married to Mary ? 1841 census: children Ann 1811,Robert 1821, George 1826, Mary 1828, George 1833, Ann 1839 Son James 1810/11 married to Ann? also have a son George born 1833??? That means George the elder (1785) and Mary were in their 50's still having children? can anyone help? I think the queen bee Parfitt lived in Radstock, theres so many its hard to Trace a line accurately
I suspect that the younger children in the 1841 could very well be grandchildren. The 1841 does not give relationships. Also ages over the age of 15 were rounded down, so someone listed as 15 could be between 15 and 19.
