Hi

I'd like a list of where the name Eveson occurs please. Especially around 1810 in the Wimbledon area. The family I'm looking for is George Eveson/Sarah Faulkner and their children Joseph, Elizabeth and Mary.

Hi Aston,
The only occurrence of the name EVESON in the Surrey Super index is in Wimbledon registers 1538-1812, the index doesn't provide any more information.

I've found relatives under Eveson,Everson,Evson,Evenson,Ereson, Eneson,Enson, Epson and even Dodson. If I was looking for something specific it'd be worth a try, but I'm just looking for leads here. There'd probably be 1000s of them!

I live in Wimbledon, so if you find a lead that needs a local search (a churchyard,  for example), then I'd be happy to help.

I've discovered that some of my relatives were baptised twice. I've checked the original baptisms, but the adult baptisms are in Wimbledon. Not sure yet where the registers are kept.
