I'm probably asking the impossible! In my tree Francis Forse, born 1792 in Bradninch, Devon, who was a mason, married sarah born 1794 in Hyde Kent. The marriage took place in Hyde c1814. I would love to find more info on Sarah and would love to hear theories on how a mason from Devon met up with a lady from Hyde!  Huh

I am not aware of a Hyde in Kent. If you sure its Kent, then maybe its Hythe...

Let me know what you have on this name and maybe we can sort it out.

I have family that were from Dorset and married a Kent Girl, as they were Farmers I often wondered how they meet. The puzzle for me is they moved to Kent and settled.
