Looking for a marriage about 1800-1810 William Membrey & Hannah?

Hello,
Can anyone help find this marriage between William Membrey a Labourer & Hannah .They had children Richard Membrey born 1810 St Alfege,Greenwich, Benjamin born 1815 St Alfege,Greenwich, Emily Jane born 1818 St Alfege,John 1816,Greenwich.
And possibly William 1801 and Sarah 1807 St Leonards, Shoreditch,London.
Would love any info ,they were shown born out of county 1841 census but looking at children's births they couldn't be from too far away.

As this is an old request you may well have the information by now but, if not, this looks to be them in 1851 perhaps indicating a marriage elsewhere - Dorset even Huh

I have a Richard Membrey also spelt Membry christened 19 06 1810 Greenwich, m. Mary Ann Earley (Early) at Fordingbridge 20 03 1831.
their son John chr. 17 03 1832 at Fordingbridge, but as a child lived Greenwich
was my g.g grandfather
