I went back into the streets part of it and did find College st. Unfortunatelly, no West College, but College was a start. Thanks again!!!

Then click on a rectangle which as far as I can see has VI II 12 in it and also a capital C near the far right a bit below a red arrow. A new window will open - click on the map and it will zoom in, click again for a closer view. College street was/is dissected by Shuttle Street, so I suspect that either side of the divide was known as east and west, although it is not marked as such on the map itself. The date of the map in the link is 1857-58.

West College St. Laid out on ground of a monastery. from the following site
