Catholic Churches - update
« on: Friday 17 February 06 17:35 GMT (UK) »

Hi all,

I've come across some information that may suggest there was a strong Catholic presence in the Aston area (South Shropshire - Munslow/Diddlebury area. I'm not too sure about the dates but maybe around the 1620's)  Does anybody know of any churches or other places of worship?  (Catholic) or possible ruins??
I guess after Henry 8th's era -  it may prove a wild goose chase, but any theories etc would be geatly received.

Thanks
Pipj
