William MARDELL/MARDLE & Sarah ROBERTS

This is a big long shot but you still have to try dont you!

I have got a marriage of William Mardell and Sarah Roberts on 19 APR 1778   Saint Martin In The Fields, Westminster, London. 

However I cannot find them on any of the London cenuses and as I think they are part of my family, they may just have moved to Hertfordshire or Bedfordshire and might be on one of the 1841 Censuses.

Can anyone help??
