Buddlegate farm

Hello,
On the 1841 census  for Boveridge for the names of Warrick,
they are at a place called Buddlegate farm.
could anyone tell me if this is a place or is it as it says a "farm".

If you go to www.old-maps.co.uk and enter the co-ordinates 407755,114282 you will find Buddlegate farm on an 1891 map.
