George and Mary Laister, East Redford
« on: Tuesday 21 February 06 10:34 GMT (UK) »

George Laister b.1797 Burringham, Lincs
Mary Laister (nee Warley) b. 1803
Married 1826 Frodingham, Lincoln, England
They lived in East Redford throughout their marriage and both died there in 1875.  George was a publican.

Could someone please lookup the 1841, 1851, 1861 and 1871 census data for this couple.

Thank you.

They are probably my cousins!  Any idea how I can get in contact with them?

I think they live at Garthorpe Grange, Garthorpe. Husband told me they've recently quit farming (Farming business used to be called Laister and Brittain if I remember correctly from the telephone directory!) and gone into property developing though so probably selling off all the land that your ancestors once owned and farmed  Roll Eyes

Hope you have a better response writing to cousins than I've had, for some reason people arent as fascinated as we are!!  Undecided  Smiley
